They will be running fortnightly this term. No bookings required.

First Aid Demo for Parents

Do you know what to do in an Emergency?
A great refresher or introductory session for learning basic first aid specifically for babies and children. Provided by St John Ambulance. Babies can attend with parent or creche is available.

Belly Dancing places available

The lovely Selina will have your hips swaying to the music in no time with her wonderful classes.
Starting 16 August on Mondays from 1.30-2.15pm for 6 weeks.

Social Sewing is on Mondays 9-11.30am. Dates remaining this term - 23 August, 20 September, creche available.
Sewcial Saturday will be held on the first Saturday of each month. The dates for this term are 7 August, 4 September, 2 October.

The Healthy Eating, Activity and Lifestyle (HEAL) Program
Who can participate?
Adults of all ages and fitness levels can develop healthy lifestyle habits if you believe your lifestyle could use a positive change than the HEAL program is for you!

How it works
- Sessions run over 6 weeks
- creche available
- 2 hours weekly broken up into:
- 1 hour of gentle exercise of low-moderate intensive activity and;
- 1 hour of lifestyle education
- You will receive health consultations at the start and end of the program that measure your health status, fitness level and measure your progress

Informed Birth
Oona invites you to a weekly information session talking about birth and all the options to get yourself and your partner prepared for the day you will see your baby for the very first time.
