Come along for sewing and chatting 9-11.30am. Sessions remaining for this term;

All levels of sewing experience are welcome but these sessions do not include any formal tuition, so a basic level of experience is recommended. Please bring your own sewing machine and supplies, or we have a small number of machines available for hire. Boomerang Bag kits will be available for those of you who would like to do some community sewing. Creche is available.

Crochet Love - Evening class

Whether you are looking to learn to crochet as a beginner or improve the skills you already have then this crochet class is for you! We welcome Pauline Greaves of Libby Browns Basket who has decades of crochet experience and teaches in order to spread the crochet “LOVE”. While this 5-week class will primarily focus on beginners, there is a flexible approach with plenty of crochet
learning for all levels packed away in Pauline’s yarn bag. Monday 12-2pm starts 23 August, fee is $88 for 5 weeks.

First Aid Demo for Parents

Do you know what to do in an Emergency?
A great refresher or introductory session for learning basic first aid specifically for babies and children. Provided by St John Ambulance. Babies can attend with parent or creche is available. The fee is $25/person.

This 6-week program will provide you with the tools to plan your return to work including finding the right job, writing cover letters & resumes, career pathways development, interview skills, selfcare and overcoming technology barriers in working from home. Presented by Leisa Antonio, morning tea provided and creche available. Thursday
9-11.30am starts 14 October.
