Do you know someone who would like to come along to physical activity sessions suitable for older Australians? Sessions are free for Seniors 65 years and over. People under 65 are welcome however fees apply.
Trainer Robby will provide group fitness activities suitable for older people. Build your strength and range of motion in a small group session which is individualised to you! The session will include body weight and light weight exercises in a fun, safe environment.
