You are invited to attend the

Annual General Meeting 2019 to be held at the Yangebup Family Centre at

6.45pm on Tuesday 22 October.

All Community Groups and Centre Users are eligible to attend.

The future operation of the Family Centre is reliant on having a strong and active Management Committee. It only requires a few hours a month to help keep the centre operational for the Community.

The meeting will include the election of office bearers and members are encouraged to complete a Nomination Form.

This Saturday

Saturday Playgroup is on the 21 September from 9.30-11.30am. Dads are encouraged to attend. All parents and kids 0-6 years are welcome. The session is facilitated by our staff and includes morning tea and lots of fun activities. Gold coin donation, bookings are encouraged to assist us with catering. The next session will be Saturday 9 November.

Social Toy Box FREE Launch Events

Next week we are launching three new social toy boxes with bubble fun and face painting.

All welcome to attend!

Monday 23 September - Lombe Park, Atwell (next to the Community Centre)
Tuesday 24 September - Dubove Park, Spearwood
Thursday 26 September - Peregrine Park, Beeliar

You’re invited to play with our toys! Visit our Social Toy Boxes. This initiative, funded by the City of Cockburn and Yangebup Family Centre, brings our community together by providing a free box of sand pit toys for children to use at their local park. The toy boxes encourage fun and free play while providing children and adults the opportunity to meet new people and create friendships in their local neighbourhood.

School Holidays

Thursday 3 October

The Perth Academy of Performing Arts will be providing a half day Junior Performance Workshop for children aged 5-7 years. More information and bookings

Miss Jo will be providing a holiday play session from 9.30-11.30am for families with children 0-10 years. Following the play session families will be invited to watch the Junior Performance Workshop group perform. The fee is $8 per family. Bookings are encouraged
