AGM
A reminder that our AGM is on Tuesday 22 October at 6.45pm and everyone is welcome to attend. Joining the committee is a great way to get back into the workforce after taking a break. A volunteer role like Secretary looks great on your resume and it only requires a few hours a
month. The meeting will include the election of office bearers and members are encouraged to complete a Nomination Form.
Social Sewing celebrated 1 year of sewing sessions last term. Anna and Jacinta organised a special sewing activity so everyone could make a pin cushion ring to take home and some of the ladies were able to present Rhy with the quilt they made as a special baby gift. Join our

Term 4 sessions are Monday 21 October, Friday 1 November, Friday 15 November and Monday 25 November. Bookings are now open.
What a wonderful Cultural Cooking gathering in September. Thank

We are launching our final social toy box with bubble fun and face
painting in Yangebup. All welcome to attend!

This initiative, funded by the City of Cockburn and Yangebup Family Centre, brings our community together by providing a free box of sand pit toys for children to use at their local park. The toy boxes encourage fun and free play while providing children and adults the opportunity to meet new people and create friendships in their local
neighbourhood.

families on the second Monday of each month. No need to book, just come along!
