Join a nourishing and heartfelt gathering designed to support emotional well-being through the practice of women’s MAHA circles. Women have been gathering in sacred circles for centuries. Rooted in ancient tradition, these spaces offer
support, reflection, and shared wisdom.
MAHA stands for Movement, Art, and Heart by Ale (Centre’s Yoga Teacher). Each circle is thoughtfully curated to create a calm, safe space where community and connection flourish.
When: Sunday 3-5pm
Sessions: 22 February and 22 March

one session or both sessions)
What to Expect: Gentle movement, Guided meditation with seasonal intention, Ceremonial cacao, Art therapy session, Aromatherapy & sacred sounds, A space of healing, calm, and sisterhood.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing & warm socks, Yoga mat & blanket, Water bottle & mug for cacao, Journal & pen, Fresh flowers or plants from your garden, Crystals, shells, amulets, or personal items for collective energy, A small plate of earthy, fresh food to share.
