Did you spot our sponsored National Reconciliation Week banner? It is on the corner of Dunraven and Yangebup Rd. This is the first time we have sponsored a banner and we are also proud to be a Reconciliation WA member.
They feature 'Murrunpa', a powerful piece by Melissa
Sunfly, a Kukatja/Ngardi artist from Wirrimanu (Balgo), East Kimberley.
As we mark National Reconciliation Week, these banners are a visible reminder that reconciliation is a shared journey; one we must all be part of. This year’s “All In” message calls on each of us to step forward, show up, and play our role in building respectful relationships and a more unified future.
Ready to join us?
Our next Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working group meeting is on Tuesday 9 June. If you are interested in coming along to this meeting or a future meeting please contact Sam or Jo at the Centre.
