We are back in the office Monday - Friday from today!

We are looking forward to providing a wide range of programs in 2025 for adults, families and children 🙂 Our full Term 1 program is now available.

Below are some highlights...

Our free Lunar New Year event is on tomorrow - more details and bookings here

Playgroup starts on Monday 10 February from 9.30-11am, join us for a come and try session! We will have lots of fun activities including craft and sensory play.

Pre-Kindy starts next week with a limited number of places available for 3 year olds. Contact us if you would like more details!

Mobile Foodbank will be at the Centre every Monday from 12.45-1.15pm providing low cost essentials. Referral required call 1800 979 777. We will be providing a light lunch - next week's menu includes avo on toast!

Drumroll, please….We’re excited to announce that Yangebup Family Centre has been awarded a WasteSorted Grant! With this support, we’ll be running a series of workshops over 2025, empowering our community to become GREAT sorts when it comes to reducing food and textile waste.

Kicking things off: Join us for our Launch Event on 22 March, featuring a Wardrobe Masterclass with sustainable fashion expert Hazel Law. Learn how to refresh your style with second-hand finds and build a capsule wardrobe that simplifies your life and reduces waste. You will also learn about reducing food waste and enjoy morning tea.

In the afternoon we will be holding a Fermentation Workshop and on Monday 24 March we will be running a Basket Coiling Workshop.
