The Centre is funded by the State Government through the Department of Communities and the Empowering Communities Program.  This survey is to evaluate this program.

Almost all of the activities offered at the Centre are part of the Empowering Communities Program.  

These include;

• Children's Programs - eg Playgroup, Playclub, Kids Go Wild
• Adult Programs - eg Craft n Chat, Belly Dancing, Cultural Cooking
• Initiatives - eg Community Eats, Yarn Bombing, Food Connections
• Events - eg Open Day, Lunar New Year, Multicultural Feast

The Department of Communities (Communities) is currently undertaking an evaluation of the Empowering Communities Program (ECP). The aim of the evaluation is to understand what difference these services have made to the families who have used them. 

Communities has developed a survey to gather feedback from ECP Participants regarding their experience with the service, more information is provided in the survey.
