The YFC volunteers are hosting the final Community Eats for the year. Come along tonight for bbq with potato bake & salads and a selection of desserts! Entertainment provided. Everyone is welcome!

The world is experiencing unprecedented challenges and social isolation is more pronounced than ever before with people unable to travel or receive visits from loved ones. The Centre continues to support the community through these challenging times by focusing on mental health and wellbeing, reducing social isolation, and providing support for vulnerable people.

The Empowering Communities program enables the YFC to continue our great work and to develop new programs. Over the past 12 months we have provided over 57 activities, with over 520 sessions and more than 38 000 participant interactions

Christmas Crochet - 3 week workshop

If you’d like to make a Christmas stocking for yourself (or make one as a present) then please join our workshop running for 3 weeks. This is open to all levels of crochet as all you need to be able to do is crochet a basic hexagon, the size of the stocking is up to you! Our more advanced crocheters can tackle more complicated hexagons for a truly unique design. Hope to see you there!
Monday 12-2pm starts 22 Nov, fee is $55 for 3 weeks.

Purple Bench Unveiling

A purple bench has been installed at the front of the Centre to honour victims of domestic violence.

Join us for the unveiling, rsvp required by Monday 22 November.
